What Happened To The USA Whisper Mill Warranty?
Distribution Direct / Creative Technologies, the distributor of the GrainMaster WhisperMill Electric Grain Mill, went out of business in 1999 and is no longer around to fulfill their warranty in the USA
Kevin James Rogers in Australia has continued to offer honour A 12 MONTH warranty in Australia and in New Zealand  for the  Australian 240 Volt All 50 cycle GrainMaster Whisper Mill. complete with the Australian  warranty for faulty materials and workmanship from 1999. Our Australian 240 Volt GrainMaster Whisper mills manufactured in Korea by our business partner CD Kim
We have now agreed with the Wondermill Co, big John Hoffman to purchase the Wonder Mill electric and WonderMill Junior deluxe from his WonderMill Co.
CD Kim in Korea willÂÂ now supply the WonderMill Co with WonderMills to Australia and the rest of the world. Likewise Raju my business partner in India will now ship Wonder Mills Juniors hand Mills direct to Big Johns for regional shipments needs. Which includes direct shipments to Australia and New Zealand
Kevin James Rogers has been in the Grain Mill business for 40 years and have sold more than 30,000 mills in Australia. And we have never been called on to replace a mill under the Australian  warranty or because it was worn out.
In Australia, the Australian Wondermill and Grainmaster Whispermill are the same with the LG Motor.
